How do I change my account information?

Managing your account details is important to keep your profile accurate and fun. Whether you need to update your profile picture, nickname, or grade, the process is quick and easy.

• Profile Picture: Since it appears in the community, question rooms, and Study Group, please use an appropriate image.
• Nickname: You can use a combination of letters, numbers, periods (.), dashes (-), and underscores (_) up to a maximum of 10 characters. It can be changed once every 14 days.
• Grade: To prevent repeated changes, grades can be updated once every 30 days.

🚨 Inappropriate profile pictures or nicknames can be reported by users in the QANDA Community. If you see an inappropriate profile in a study group, please report it to QANDA, and we will take swift action.

✏️ You can edit your profile information by following the steps below:

• Go to the Menu in the bottom-right corner.
• Tap the Edit icon in the top-right corner.

If there are continuous reports of inappropriate profile information, or if the QANDA team identifies problematic profiles, we may forcibly reset the image and nickname.
