If you find any post that violates the QANDA Community Operation Policy, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Tap the post you want to report and tap the 3-dot icon at the top right of the screen.
Step 2: In the new window that opens, press the “Report” button.
Step 3: Select the reason for your report
Step 4: Click on “Report”. Done!
Once the post is reported, it will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. If the QANDA team verifies that the content is inappropriate, it will be removed from the Community, a warning will be sent to the student, and that student will be blocked from the community.
QANDA Community Operation Team monitors reported posts and takes action according to community guidelines.
After reviewing the reported post, if it is found to violate the guidelines, a warning message may be sent to the user, and the use of their account and device may be suspended.
However, please be aware that if you continue to falsely report other users, your account and device use may also be suspended!
