How to Submit a 1:1 Support
To resolve your inquiries through the QANDA app, please follow these steps:
- Open the QANDA app and click on 'Menu' in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down and click on 'Help'.
- Click on '1:1 Support'.
- Select the type of inquiry and write your message.
※ You can check your submitted inquiries and responses in the 1:1 Support History tab.
We generally respond to 1:1 Support within 24 business hours. However, please note that if additional verification is needed, it may take up to 72 business hours.
