Memberships sold by QANDA are regular subscription products, and payments are made automatically every month or year based on the first payment date.
If you do not want automatic payment on the next payment date, you must cancel your subscription directly at least 24 hours before the schedule payment date.
Methods for cancelling subscription are as follows:
Android (Google Play Store)
Please check both of the ways below.
- Play Store → My Profile in the upper right corner → Select your purchase email → Payment and Subscription → Subscription → QANDA → Cancel Subscription
- QANDA App → QANDA Premium → Go to My Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription → click ' Yes. I'll pass' → Select the reason for cancellation → Cancel on Google Play → Cancel subscription → Select the reason for cancellation → Continue → Cancel subscription.

iPhone (iOS App Store)
If you paid through iPhone (iOS App Store), you can cancel your subscription through iPhone Settings and QANDA App.
- Settings → Select your name → Subscriptions → Select QANDA from the subscribed items → Cancel Subscription
- QANDA App → Home → QANDA Premium → Go to My Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription → click ' Yes. I'll pass' → Select the reason for cancellation → Submit and cancel subscription → Select QANDA from the subscribed items → Cancel Subscription
