Sometimes a teacher may not be able to answer your question right away, or your question might be returned if it’s unclear or missing important details. Don’t worry! Here is what you can do if it happens.

Once your question is uploaded, you can check the matching status with a teacher. 🧑‍🏫

After a teacher is matched, you'll see their information and the estimated time for the answer to be provided.

When the teacher's answer is ready, the interface will switch to a chat room where you can immediately view the response and interact with the teacher.

⚡ On average, you can expect to receive an answer within 13 minutes on QANDA.

However, please note that response times may vary depending on the difficulty of the question and the number of active teachers and student users. In such cases, please be patient and wait a little longer! 😊

What should I do if my question is returned?

If your question is returned by three or more teachers, the coins will be refunded, and you can upload the question again. You can check the reason for the return in the returned questions list. 🔄

Additionally, if you need to verify the coin refund for a returned question, you can view your coin history by date by going to the coin icon at the top right of the QANDA app.
