How do I ask questions to QANDA Teacher?
You can directly ask questions to QANDA Teacher by using the Teacher Q&A button through Study tab

- Fill in all the question information, then tap Ask a Question.
Your questions will be picked up by our teachers who are available at the moment.

What subjects can you ask?
📘 QANDA teachers are mostly proficient at Math, but you can ask questions on other subjects such as Science and English as well. There are many talented and qualified teachers who can help you out with all subjects!
Is my personal information disclosed?
🔐 QANDA Teachers can only see your username, grade, and question subject when you ask questions. QANDA does not reveal any other information, so do not worry and feel free to ask!
Can I ask additional questions from the teacher's answer?
🙌 If there are parts of the teacher's answer that you do not understand, you can ask follow-up questions through the chat.
By asking follow-up questions, you can ensure you fully understand the teacher's explanation and study diligently until you can solve similar questions on your own.
If you have additional images to share, you can upload them in the chat by clicking the camera button at the bottom left of the chat window.
Please note, DO NOT ask about new questions. 🙅
If you upload new questions that are different from your original question, the teacher may report your question. Make sure to only upload images related to the question you originally asked!
What is Answer Evaluation?
⭐ After reviewing the answers provided by the teacher, if you understand it, please click "Evaluate Answer" at the top of the chat window and rate the answer.
By providing your feedback, you help reward the teacher and close the chat room.
However, if inappropriate language is used during the evaluation or if malicious ratings are given without a valid reason, a warning may be issued.
If a student's answer evaluation is not completed, it will be automatically processed 24 hours after the teacher's first response, and the chat room with the teacher will be closed.
Please keep this timeframe in mind and use the question and answer chat accordingly.
