Unlike the search feature, you would need to have a certain amount of coins 🪙 to ask questions to teachers. Please check out your coin balance to see if you have enough coins to ask a question.
What if I need to report an answer that has an issue?
If there is an issue with the teacher's answer or if inappropriate behavior occurs during the chat, you can report it within the chat room.
Please check the details below 🔎
When to Report an Answer
You can report a teacher's answer if any of the following issues occur:
- The teacher does not answer the question and continues to send irrelevant messages, holding up the problem.
- There is no response for more than 3 hours after a follow-up question.
- The teacher requests personal information, offline meetings, or monetary compensation.
- The answer contains inappropriate language or images.
- Any other similar issues.
If you report an issue, it will be reassigned to another teacher, and you will receive a new solution.
QANDA reviews reported answers and issues warnings to the concerned teachers if necessary. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact QANDA anytime.
📝 How to Report an Answer
You can report an issue by following these steps:

- Choose the reason for your report and submit it by clicking "Report" button.
⚠️ Important Notes on Reporting Answers
If you report an answer immediately without asking follow-up questions, or if you continuously report answers for unreasonable reasons, such as simply wanting a different response, you may receive a warning.
If you accumulate more than two warnings, your access to QANDA services may be restricted.
Please only report answers for legitimate reasons to ensure a smooth question and answer process.
