What is Coin Membership?

Coin Membership is a product where coins are provided for asking questions to QANDA Teachers. It is a subscription product that involves regular monthly payments (subscription).

You can purchase Coin Membership products through the following paths: [QANDA app > Menu > Purchase Coins], or

[QANDA app > Coin icon at the top right > Recharge Coins].

Types of Coin Memberships

Coin Memberships offer two options based on the quantity of coins provided:

• QANDA Basic Membership: 6,000 coins provided (average of 3 questions per month)
• QANDA Pro Membership: 20,000 coins provided (average of 11 questions per month)

The number of coins used for question registration may vary depending on factors such as subject, grade level, and the number of active users.

Important Information for Coin Membership

Coin Membership products are subscription products, and if you do not cancel the subscription, you will be charged monthly. If you do not wish to continue using the service from the following month, please cancel the subscription following the instructions in the document below.

Even if you cancel the subscription, you can continue to use the product that has been charged for this month until the end of the specified validity period.
