QANDA Coin Memberships are monthly subscription products that renew automatically based on your original payment date.
If you do not wish to be charged for the next cycle, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
Otherwise, your membership will continue and the next payment will be processed automatically.
Here are the cancellation methods for each payment environment:
Android (Google Play Store) Payment:
Please check both of the following paths:
- Go to the Play Store on your device → Tap on your profile icon at the top right → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Find QANDA → Cancel subscription.
- Inside the QANDA app, go to Menu → My Subscription

iPhone (iOS App Store) Payment:
If you made the payment through the iPhone (iOS App Store), you can manage subscriptions through the iPhone Settings app.
Settings app → Your Name → Subscriptions → Find QANDA → Cancel subscription.
