Coin (C) is a currency used in QANDA (Ask to Teacher) to ask questions to our professional teacher and get the answers in a few minutes. ⏱️👩‍🏫

How to check coins

You can check your coins by Menu tab > My Coins. Since there are expiration dates to every coins earned, please make sure to check out the expiration date for your coins!

Coin Expiration

All coins received by purchasing a membership can be used for 30 days. After the expiration date, the coins will be automatically expired and unable to be used. Please kindly check the coin status and utilize the remaining coins!

In other words, coins are valid for 30 days after purchase, and expired coins cannot be recovered. Additionally, please note that coins cannot be transferred to another account.

You can check your coins by clicking on the coin icon at the top right of the QANDA home screen. Since there are expiration dates to every coins earned, please make sure to check out the expiration date for your coins in the ’Coin status’ section!

How can I get coins?

You can get Coins in two ways — by purchasing them or getting them for free!

💳 Purchase coins:

You can purchase coins through Coin products. 🪙

• Single Purchase Coins

To purchase Coins, go to:

Menu → My Coins → Recharge Coins

Each product offers different amounts of coins or benefits, so be sure to check the details and purchase the product that best suits your needs!

🎁 Get free coins:

You can also earn Coins without making any purchase by using the following methods:

1. Get free Coins from the My Coins page

Go to:

Menu → My Coins → Get Free Coins button

You’ll find various offers and tasks. Once completed, free Coins will be added to your account.

2. Join in-app events

QANDA regularly hosts in-app events that reward users with free Coins 🎉

Make sure to:

• Check the app frequently
• Participate in ongoing events
• Complete event missions

and you could earn Coin rewards just for joining! How fun!
